On Friday, the BSE and National Stock Exchange (NSE) benchmark equity indices ended in red, On Dalal Street Bears tightened their grid.

Top Gainer of the day on the NSE were Alkem Laboratories, Dr Reddy’s Labs, Divi’s Labs, Cadila Healthcare among this Cipla was the top gainer of the day with 7.42% gain.

Top loser of the day on the NSE were Interglobe Aviation, JSW Steel DLF, Piramal Enterprises among this Bandhan Bank was the top loser of the day with 10.28% loss.

Nifty future levels in advance EP-262, last closed at 17,031.

Share worth Rs. 5,785.83 Crore were Net sold by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs), whereas shares worth Rs. 2,294.11 Crore was the net bought by Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) on October 26.

US Markets

On Friday, US stocks closed lower, the Dow and S&P 500 suffering their biggest one-day percentage drops in months, gained from a reopening falling sharply after a new coronavirus mutation was found and pandemic-hit sector.

2.53% to 34,899.34 to 905.04 points, the Dow Jones Industries Average moved down, whereas the Nasdaq Composite lower 2.23% to 15,491.66 and S&P 500 lower to 2.27% or 4,594.62 to 106.84.

Asian Markets

Taiwan Weighted down over 1% each, were as Shanghai Composite, Kospi and Hang Seng moved down 0.5% each Asian market are trading lower with Straits Times.
