On Wednesday, the BSE and National Stock Exchange (NSE) benchmark equity indices closes in green continuing its soar higher.

Top Gainer of the day on the Nifty100 were Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Finance, Kotak Mahindra Bank JSW Steel among this HPCL was the top gainer of the day with 5.51% gain.

Top loser of the day on the Nifty100 were Interglobe Aviation, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Indraprastha Gas among this L&T InfoTech was the top loser of the day with 3.34% loss.

Share worth Rs. 336.83 Crore were Net sold by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs), whereas shares worth Rs. 1,271.95 Crore was the net bought by Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) on January 05.

US Markets

On Wednesday, NASDAQ plunging more than 3% in its biggest one day percentage drop since February and US stocks also fell sharply, after U.S. Federal Reserve meeting minutes signalled the central bank may raise interest sooner.

36,407.11 to 1.07% or 392.54 points, the Dow Jones Industries Average moved down, whereas the Nasdaq Composite lost 3.34% to 15,100.17 or 522.54 points and S&P 500 fell 1.94% to 4,700.58 or 92.96 points.

Asian Markets

On Thursday, Asia-Pacific market were declined trade following losses overnight which saw the first decline of 2022 in The Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Nikkei 225 moved down by 1.56%, Topix index low by 1.02%.
